After ten years in the MLM business working as a distributor, and then ten years running an MLM company, I have finally concluded that MLM doesn't work... for 99.9% of the people!
Yes, I got 'lucky' - after being sold the dream to work flat out for five years and 'then I could retire' - back in the 1990's I worked flat out for a MLM company; I worked twenty hours a day, seven days a week, and slowly but surely I worked my way up to be one of their top three distributors earning in excess of $10,000 every month, and $10,000 a month was worth an awful lot more back then than it is today. But the first major challenge I discovered is that it's not really ever your business! I had built a very successful team of over 1,000 distributors across Europe but, with just one phone call on Valentine's Day 2000, that one phone call ended my career as an MLM Distributor. I was 'Terminated' and, to this day, I was never even given a reason, apart from the fact that they thought that they were paying me too much commission each month on the business I had built for them. So they terminated me and kept the business of 1,000+ distributors. That morning my business was worth a quarter of a million dollars... that evening I had no business.
I vowed then to never, ever work for another company and leave myself vulnerable to that ever happening again. I decided not to get mad but to get even and build my own MLM business, which I then did for the next ten years. This time I very foolishly trusted somebody with too much control of the business and, ultimately, they took the entire business away from me and I was back to square one again. But now I am twenty years wiser, and twenty years further on, and even after all of this, I still truly believe that everything happens for a reason and that we never ever lose if we never lose the lessons and learn from them.
So, with twenty years experience in the MLM industry, seeing what works and what doesn't work, from both sides of the fence so to speak, I have put together this exciting new program where everyday people can make real money from day one in the business, without having to fill their garages with over-priced products that are almost impossible to sell and without having to annoy all their friends and family to death trying to get them to join something they have no intention whatsoever of joining.
